A Statutory Employee is... - CMT/QA

I have worked statutory employee status for Proscript. You get a 1099 form for taxes. They DO take out Social Security/Medicare, which is perfect is you are early retired, but still working towards higher Social Security benefits. They DO NOT take out State or Federal taxes, but I didn't find that to be a problem. I was only working a few hours a week. It might be that you would have to estimate Federal taxes if you worked full-time? Hope this helps. Also, they DID NOT require a line count, which was GREAT and I could move my hours around without an issue!
