I worked there for a while and I'm pretty sure I was on a Nuance overflow account. Without giving too much away, there was a definite sign of Nuance on the account. Also, the queue activity was odd. Lots of reports, then almost none in a very short period of time. Reports by the crap dictators and reports that otherwise looked like trouble (too long for WT) would disappear from my queue, only to mysteriously reappear close to TAT with the header and cc's already filled in like it had been looked at and returned to the queue. Mostly awful dictators as if Nuance knew what they were dumping in overflow.
