I am in the exact same situation. Good accounts/plentiful work....2 accounts. Now, I've got 3 accounts (and horrible ones I might add). Always used to get 99-100% QA. Nuance gives NO time to learn these 99.8% ESL accounts and seems to also come down harder on QA. There's NO winning. Now with the horrible accounts etc I'm LUCKY to get 99% and that is when there IS work. Join the club I'm sad to say.
