I've had several OOW situations in the past 2 or 3 weeks.
I also used to have hundreds of jobs in my queue (at least 12 accounts), but barely 20 reports in there throughout any time of the day now.
Of course, supervisor says we still have the accounts but I'm wondering if that's just semantics. We still have the accounts but they're just being outsourced?
I don't know either but I'm OOW on Monday, Wednesday is very low, Thursday is extremely low, and so barely getting 28 hours this week.
If the plan is to outsource all the work, I wish they'd just cut us loose and let us collect unemployment instead of guessing and trying to explain this to the UE office.
