Most of these companies who have had long term employees who hire on new people pay the new people much less than the long time employees are making, as their pay had a chance to build up back in the "good old days" and those who would be new to the company will be starting at much less with no opportunity for raises, so folks saying they've worked there 15+ years is not really a good sign. This has been my experience with the companies I am working for, who have long time employees. It just means less for new folks, which all MT companies aren't paying a crap anyway.
