The recent new acct was sent overseas, and this latest H acct is a joke. They are already complaining about their reports, and notice that MC group number having a handful of reports. It was a stall tactic. How many times can we move our shifts around. No matter what you move from here to there, you have the same amt of MTs and still NJA. BTW, it is not only 2 p.m. of NJA, early mornings, mid, and all times of the day. Some will move to Sundays and we will still have NJA because the newer acct is lacking work for us and it will go to India soon, bet me. You give us horrid audio, distorted audio, static, air, cell phone dictations, kids screaming, wives yelling, TV or radio loud, nurses talking and laughing so loud that you can't hear, and they have the balls to put us on PM for sending too many reports to QA, inactivity, and about 17 other tasks on their reports, yet do not consider all the free work we do. This H acct is a joke!!!
