We are asked to "reply to all" stating we acknowledge and understand. I have not been replying at all as I find that a waste of my time. I made a mistake, you told me, okay, move on. We received an email stating we must reply stating we understand and how we plan to improve. What do you all reply to those emails??? I really want to say "got it, my bad." We certainly do not make mistakes on purpose....
