I'm pushing 60 and have work coming out my ears. Not complaining. The variety and activity will do me good for a long time. I have a side business of my own that's growing, not likely to pay all my bills on it, but that's ok. Got a retail job that will do insurance. I still do MT also. I'm happy with all of it, though one day would like to have just one single job be good enough. Eventually, I'll be too old for constant work. If you want to work, there's work out there. Some of my side work can be done at home, some outside. If you have hobbies that can be turned into work, that can be your "out".
