Nobody goes to the hospital and/or dictates on Father's Day???
And lately, I get 75% discharge summaries, 15% operative reports, 5% office notes and only 5% H&Ps and consults. And I hate discharge summaries. Most boring work type ever.
Either self-entry programs and/or offshoring is taking its toll.
