I believe you give MModal too much credit if comparing to Wal-Mart. I would say MModal is much more like those work-from-home production scams that promise you loads of money for some simple task like stuffing envelopes but then take all your envelopes and use them while telling you they won't pay because you bent the edge of the envelope and didn't meet their quality standards.
