Look if I was dictating I would be paid a whole lot better!
Plus she always enters the birth date instead of MRN so it takes longer to search for the correct patient. When I said something to PC or manager they just laughed and said, yes that is what she does. No mention of actually speaking to her, you know, best dictation practices and all that BS that Noel and his henchman spew.
