If it were fraud, why are the rules telling us to do so.
We are told to stay in fluency for 6 minutes waiting when there is no work. Then punch out and adjust time card back for those 6 minutes, but either way, we arent working! Isnt that fraud?
To me time card fraud is the TSM, or whatever they are called, adjusting the timecard or making edits without consent. I have had my TSM change my card several times and take time off when I was logged in. Isnt that fraud? Shouldnt she be fired?
