Mmodal is trying their best to either get us to quit or finding reasons to terminate us.
When I was in-house my department was outsourced. However, they offered some of us positions in other departments. It would have been a pay cut but at least I would have kept my benefits. Hindsight is 20/20.
Inactive time is what Mmodal is going to get me on. I never received PM the whole time I worked in-house, which was over 20 years. Also when I worked for Spheris I never had a problem. At this time I am only at the verbal stage so I have a ways to go. But still, Mmodal sets us up to fail.
In any case, I do hope things work out for you. Getting away from this company is the best thing.
