It is Fluency that causes the slowness and cursor to just sit there while dictation continues. I notice it is bad on Friday nights and Sunday nights. Saturday nights, I guess when lots of people dont work, I breeze through the night. I think it probably has to do with so many people in the system at the same time, overload. It isnt the internet as when I go to other sites I have no problem, only when I am trying to transcribe and it is so maddening..like I am fighting the cursor all night long and going as fast as I can just to make a low count due to the slowness of the system. We need a new software program, probably all the updates and fixes into Fluency has loaded it up, but that costs money and I doubt MModal will put any money into it, they would rather we lose money on our end.
