Honesty. "VR has made me richer. Granted, it has made you all poorer. OK, a LOT poorer. We cut your wages, promising you could easily surpass what you were previously earning, and it never happened and we are pretending not to notice. We are also pretending not to notice that many of you dropped below minimum wage after this so we had to increase the minimum lines per hour you produce to avoid having to pay you make-up pay. And basically all the improvements we make to VR are to benefit US by making you more efficient, so we have to hire fewer MTs who might want benefits! Have a nice day!"
