Sorry to get your hopes up. My point was that he will say whatever he thinks he needs to in order to prevent people leaving. He keeps promising dictator best practices and now improvement in sound quality as well as more work but surprise surprise nothing seems to materialize.
What he will say however is that VR has made the MTs more efficient which to him is a great thing, but to us it means we do more work for less pay. But he is too self-absorbed to realize that is why people are leaving. Maybe he should actually read the surveys he wanted us to fill out.
