Why are holidays - always like this Posted: Jun 1st, 2016 - 12:01 pm
Why is it that every holiday is staffed so that we either run out of work on the actual holiday or run low to NJA the entire first part of the next day? Is it that hard to staff them properly?! It is so frustrating. Trying to think back to 10 years ago and whether it has always been like this, but can't remember. Just seems like it shouldn't be a big deal to give more people the day off so those who work will actually have work (?). Understandable if it happened infrequently, but it happens every single holiday.
