I don't come anywhere near 300 LPH. I have so many ESLs that cannot or will not speak clearly. I am lucky to get 200. I firmly believe some MT/ME employess are rewarded with "easier" accounts althoough I have nothing to substantiate that with. I know that I will NEVER be rewarded. Just plugging along.
