I promised myself that last Thanksgiving and Christmas were the last ones I would spend denied PTO only to have no work again. It is shameful the way this company treats their employees.
The more I run out of work here lately the more I have been dedicating to my coding class. Mmodal has a way to make us feel stupid and incompetent to do any other type of work. However, I have found that I am doing really well and it has done wonders for my self-esteem. The faster I can get through this course the faster I can get out and find an employer who actually pays more than minimum and realizes that my knowledge and skill set are an asset, not a liability.
There is life after Mmodal. I am glad you found yours. I will be out before the holidays. I hope others will be too.
