I know some sort of downsizing occurred within the Mayo Health Care System and not the Mayo Clinic itself, so perhaps that's what you mean. There is a difference in the two entities. Mayo Clinic did not sell out its MT department to Nuance. Also, the decision to sell the MT department after that local medical center partnered with Mayo could have been the choice of the medical center and nothing to do at all with Mayo.
