I often make mistakes w/ sentence structure.
IMO, the only solution is patients' knowing that they can get their MRs & being assertive about it. I've gone through this before.
Was it troublesome? Yes. ("Why do you want your records?)
Did I find an error? Yes. For example, a doctor dictated a "complete" exam when all he did was talk to me while leaning in the doorway.
In the meantime, as stated, verbatim they want, verbatim they get.
