disinfect twice also. I just did it myself, I didn't call tech. It did find 4 Trojan viruses. I didn't look closely to see what they were. It did shut part of Landesk down twice during the disinfect. I wonder what crazy crap was in Landesk? I also got a message during disinfect that there was a bad Microsoft image and to check my instillation disk. There was no image and I have no disk. This is their PC.
