Me too; called tech; they could not get into my computer and I could not screen shot message. Msg said mmodal.assist was corrupt or something. Told to run the disinfect; did. It took away the mmodal.assist for tech to log in my computer. Had to set up mmodal.assist again. They looked at it while it was running disinfect; said something about it looks okay now. Gave ticket #. After he hung up got the same message. Just ran myself, and if they need in my computer again will just have them just have me set up again.
