I haven't worked for TTS, but have a couple of friends who do/have. They lie about the work, state it is a "medium" amount of ESL, when it is in the high 90s most of the time, which would make be believe the good dictators are being channeled somewhere. They nitpick to death, despite the fact that transcriptionists are dealing with foreign doctors who can barely speak English at all. They have to be right up there with the worst dictator load EVER. Even with IC, they want strict control and "shift compliance." I would run from that one.
