They called her if she was not on her account at the scheduled time even though she was an IC. There are also some very difficult accounts that management will leave you alone because they cannot staff those accounts. I can only tell you the owner and her first in command are crazy as the day is long and even though they make multiple mistakes, they would never admit it. It's kind of like an inbred company and management will stick together against the MTs. These is why there is such a huge turnover and they are always looking for replacement MTs.
