In December the company I work for as an IC took over some ambulatory accounts from Nuance and a couple of clinics. Our pay was cut from 8 cpl to 7 cpl and eventually their goal is to be all voice at 4 cpl. I am wondering if they are sending out more to other companies. Leave it to Nuance, send out the work to other companies so they don't have to have so many MTs and pay benies, etc. A bit better than India, but it is ripping off their MTs, like they care.
