I've never heard of that. I researched and it appears that it has something to do with "stock awards" which is pay with stocks.

I really don't understand. Any of you getting paid with stocks? Does this mean if the company matches our 401 we are going to have to use some kind of weird kind of tax reporting.

As if we didn't have enough stress already.
