Find Field in Fluency - gooseegg

Say that 3 times fast. But seriously I have an issue where the find field on my ADT screen which pulls up date or service or admit date or occasionally surgeon or whatever is not searching and finding anything. For the last half-day I have just inputted the DOS in the body of the report. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. I so dread calling support that I'd rather check here first.
