Are they perfect? No. I think it is as good as it gets if you want to stay in this field. I am not so new anymore and have been there 3 months. I make a decent wage and never run out of work. I love EditScript. I get left alone. No picky QA. Basic instructions. You get 5 lines credit for every report, I think,just for dealing with patient demographics and with editing it really adds up at the end of the day. Keep that in mind when they give you a wage quote. Good luck. Just do not be expecting your dream job as that does not exist in this field anyore.
