if we don't have enough information to safely add a CC, we are to do a pend note to the client with a sounds like, then the ball is in their court. This procedure is in our CP. I would hope most MTSOs would be smart enough to do something similar. Say the CC goes to Dr. Patel. Well, one account we have has, I swear, 24 Dr. Patels. The MTSO tell us it is also appropriate to do a free form CC as simply, Dr. Patel. Again, the ball is in the client's court on that one too. This takes the responsibility off the MTSO/MT and put it back where it belongs, on the client.
