NJA yet again - really?!?!? Posted: Mar 24th, 2016 - 11:37 am
Today is the 4th consecutive day of NJA. I find it hard to believe why our supervisors are not coming forth and being honest with us why this is happening, when a few months ago, we had MANDATORY OVERTIME every single week and emails about how much the backlog was? All of a sudden, no jobs, no emails, no nothing? I am my sole support and I cannot survive if I do not have work. My anxiety level is rising to the point of ridiculousness! And I am talking not just NJA in my own pod, but all the other 5 or 6 pods in my group! Something is definitely going on! This is how MM treats loyal and good employees??? ~Vent over~
