I'm in that pod and a new account was supposed to go "live" today. I still ran out of work today, but managed to get the hours in by working extra after my shift ended.

This has been going on since the first of the year, slowly but surely the work has dried up. Almost a quarter of the year. Something has to give. It is so frustrating and I know you guys all know that too.
