"Force" you to make up time? - chillywinter

Anyone know if they can really "force" you to make up time? Does it matter which state you live in? If they can't supply you with work during the schedule that was AGREED upon by both employer/employee, sounds like they shouldn't be able to force you to jump through hoops for them, swap board or not!
