I have never hated a company more in my life and I used to work for the government. Every other MLS I speak to on our team is miserable. The TSM is miserable. I have stuck around for 5 years. I can't remember how many MLS, TSM and COM have quit, but the number is staggering. I can't believe they can get the computers back fast enough after someone quits to get them to new employees. It gets worse and then it gets a little better and then even worse and then a little better and now even worse than the last time. It's always just enough improvement over the last feces storm to shine a small beam of hope through a sewer of despair. I have stuck with this company because I'm disabled and I have to work from home, but at this point, I think I'd rather have my daughter drive me to the corner of a busy intersection so I can sell flowers.
