Some people like AARP. I have BC/BS.
You will also have to pay for your part D as well. There are several out there. Should be some senior centers or senior help places that will help you with finding supplemental insurance.
I have regular Medicare, not that other one. I think you have to pay on the other one. I also get help since I get so little from SS and my tiny pension from the hospital.
