they are notorious for taking over accounts and sending the best dictators to the Indians overseas! Happened to me years ago. No warning, just one day, "oh we don't need you anymore. Bye!" People have posted here before the same story over and over. Maybe one of these days US transcriptionists will stop working for them. I understand everyone needs a job, but at some point enough is just enough. Just my 10 cents worth. It takes at least a dime these days to buy a piece of laffy taffy. :-)
