Transferred to a new pod. Feeling lost, as if there must be unspoken rules for some of these accounts because some of these CPs are difficult to understand just what is wanted. Multiple multiple accounts, most with CPs that mini-novels with a lot of quirky "gotcha" demands. TSM is sending out various metric reports every single day, a few with warnings about meeting metrics. Been on PM for over 6 months in last pod. Last TSM would not take me off PM - said I had to meet metrics for 6 months, and it was never that way in the past! Yes, I know they want as many of us as possible on PM so they have an excuse to get rid of people at the drop of a hat.
