I worked here for about 2-3 weeks a couple years back. Was "trained" by someone in India...could barely understand him (and I've done a lot of ESL)...when I had questions about something, he was nowhere to be found..had to sit and WAIT for him to release my work....it was one of the worst platforms I had ever used...I told my supervisor at the time it wasn't for me and quit...by the third week I was nearly in tears at the thought of having to go into my office and suffer through that nonsense. Hope this helps; just my experience.
