What I hate the MOST is the nitpicking. I worked for three hospitals over the years as an MT, and none of them cared unless it was a major error and changed the meaning of something, even the biggest hospital in our state. I am not sure why these companies waste time and $$ on something so trivial. That along with the running out of work drives me nuts. Sad to see this profession end, but I am 100% certain it will.
I make the same as I did in 1999. The problem with that is everything else has gone up. Even at 20 bucks an hour, I cannot get 8 hours in consistently and so my wage is considered poverty.
