So do they send all the native English-speaking dictators who speak clearly for India and leave all the difficult reports to people in U.S.? That doesn't seem fair. If they going to deliberately pick and choose reports like that and give the difficult ones, then they should pay more for them. Or could it be that ESL people who can barely be understood are the only ones left before all the jobs go to India and they're using US MTs for these barely understandable ESL jobs to train speech rec before laying off all MTs in US?
