Has this company created a "hostile" work environment for some of us? I mean I am assigned (from accounts across the board) dictation that is often inaudible thus with multiple blanks, heavy ESL accents (some words not discernible) or OPs that noone wants to do. I am seeing a pattern where most hospitals and clinics that are put in my cue, there is something wrong with the dictation. I am pretty certain that the people putting these reports in the cue know the dictation is awful. It seems hand picked and good work going to other people. I am seeing this a lot during my evening to night shift.
