Finally out of MT and start training for a new job next week. I changed my cover letter and resume to reflect customer service experience. I started thinking how the MTSO is really our customer and we do everything in the universe to make them happy. Once I realized how “satisfied” my “customers” have been, it was easy to put a new spin on the cover letter and resume. 99+% quality, now that is a rare occurrence in the regular working world.
