My understanding is you can only claim one work availability 6 minute time per shift you work. So if I get to that 6 minute mark and fill out a Remedy ticket, I'll enter that as work availability for those six minutes. Then if I'm making up the time of work that day which typically I try to do, I just stay logged into Fluency, waiting for a job, then clock into TeamWork when a job comes up, then clock out if not another job and then repeat the process, but only one 6 month work availability per shift I believe can be claimed.
