Dictaphone Express Editor - mt78

Is there anyone else who is experiencing problems, off and on, when trying to connect to Ex Editor? I've been having problems and cannot seem to figure out what is causing them or how to fix them. Have had tech support in several times and still having these intermittent problems. Just wanted to know if others are experiencing any problems as well. Thanks :)
