The manager is also one of two owners - the other is a woman so not all male. I find what helped me initially to avoid some snags is to search the past google groups posts when I had a question. It's usually been addressed multiple times by QA or one of the owners. It was my way of finding info without having to guess or wait to be told I did it wrong.
