yes but she also says the volume will pick up too. You never know what to believe. They've been blaming holidays, the weather, Obamacare etc. I do believe her about some going to India though, in fact, I think we'd all suspected it long before she finally included it in her e-mail. Probably only did that because they are starting to realize we are figuring it out ourselves.
These managers should be worrying about their jobs too. If the work goes to India, there won't be a big need for many managers, performance coaches etc.
