You do not need to use the swap board to make up - hours.

The policy clearly states that if you submit a remedy ticket for NJA you can work whenever you want the rest of the day to make up your time. There is no mention of having to use the swap board. I have never used the swap board for anything. I just sit here with fluency open and sign in and out of my time card as work comes and goes.
