I know they want us to the swap board thing, but what if the times you can make up work aren't available? Do they expect us to work at 2 a.m. if that's the only times available or else take PTO or No Pay? How is that fair?
I feel bad having that attitude because I don't want to take away from someone else's work, but it's almost every man for himself.
