I recently took and passed the on-line test for Patient First. I have a couple of questions for current PF MTs: I see that the minimum quota of lines per week is 7000, which would work out to 1400 a day for a 5-day week. Could you tell me about how many hours a day it takes for you to meet the minimum? Also, if for some reason the minimum is not met on any given day, are you able to make it up another day? Is that ever an issue?
