I am so sick of see S1-S2 for the heart sounds!!! It gets so you see the ASR errors repeated so often that you begin to doubt yourself. But I have rechecked in the past and it is NOT S1-S2 heart sounds. S1, S2 heart sounds!!
Amongst the other irritatingly repetitive errors!!!
